The Base 3/4” Mid-Grid supports heavy foot traffic and provides a barrier against mud, dirt and soilage. The massive aluminum framework assures dimensional stability and longevity while the vinyl hinge allows the mat to be rolled up and moved for under-mat cleaning. A solid 1/8” thick vinyl “T” profile footer runs the full width and length of each section and provides a low-impact cushion for all traffic. The Mid-Grid foot grid is the most rugged, durable and stable grid in the Base product line. Inserts include the types and colors at left. All Base grids may be ordered with alternating insert types and/or colors in an “A-B” pattern. A Poly-Bush charcoal color insert, for example, could alternate with a Carpet insert in the mint color for a cleaning/absorbent mat with a 2-tone look. (see above).

Carpet Insert Colours: Standard carpet insert stands up to normal foot traffic – absorbs moisture and helps keep buildings clean.
Metal Colours: Mill finish is standard. Optional colors are anodized for durability.
Poly-Brush Colours: Deep pile carpet with poly bristles for cleaning action.
Vinyl Abrasive Colours: Slip Resistant insert surface provides traction and sound footing.
Vinyl Insert Colours: Durable insert with scraping ribs.
